As we were doing seller payouts, two people approached me and dropped off this note of appreciation.

Agreement:

In exchange for a faster auction check-in process you agree to the following:

1. You shall advise us of any known items that were pre-registered but are not being dropped off.
2. You recognize that we are not scanning each item individually.
3. Should an item appear to be missing at the end of the auction, not being recorded as sold and not being among the items returned to the seller, the auction will be held harmless against the loss, since we cannot verify that the item was turned over to us.
4. You are trusting the auction to do everything it can to prevent items from being misplaced.

Waiver forms can be signed onsite if electing to use this option.

Maybe we were looking at the wrong calendar year.

Maybe we were thinking it was a leap year.

Regardless – our intent each year is to give you all an entire weekend to get your items registered ahead of Gen Con.

• Live Auction registration is now extended to end of day (23.59.59) on July 20, 2025.
• Store registration is now extended to end of day (23.59.59) on July 27, 2025.

Please remember also that no one will be permitted to enter a registration line unless all items are tagged and ready to be processed.

Procrastination factor: Threat Level Midnight

We have started reviewing live auction items. As a reminder, you will not be able to print an auction item tag until our team has approved your item to be included.

If your item is rejected, please do not continue to relist the item.

A reminder that deadlines to submit items are:

• Auction: July 20 19, 2025
• Store: July 27 26, 2025

As many of you know, we were busy with bringing the Consignment Store back to Origins last week. After a successful show and fun weekend in Columbus, we are now turning our attention back to Gen Con.

For those of you waiting for us to review and approve your items, this will begin very soon. We apologize for the delay.

A few things to remember with our registration site:

1. If you have a duplicate listing, just overwrite it with a new item if possible. Our system does not allow for deleting items registered for a few reasons.
2. If you are still left with a duplicate item, please simply mark it as DELETE or something similar in the title line so it will be easy to ignore when you are onsite checking your items.
