You must have a valid badge for any day you are participating in the Auction or Consignment Store.
We are located in the Marriot Hotel in the 2nd floor ballroom.
All participants in the Live Auction will need a bidder card. These can be purchased at the registration tables on the Auction side of the room for $1 and are good for the entire weekend. A bidder card is not required to purchase items in the store however you can bid from the store with a bidder card.
You can purchase a tab with a $50 deposit. We will hold your items each day until you are ready to check out and pay for your items. We expect items to be cleared/paid for each day and the $50 deposit is a credit towards your purchases. It is not otherwise refundable.
All transactions are subject to a 3% buyers premium charge. We waive this for cash transactions.
All store purchases will be charged 7% Indiana Sales Tax.
We are selling larger reusable bags this year – the cost will be $5 (tax included).
Caveat emptor – buyer beware. We ask all sellers to confirm their item contents.
